NeoDym Systems
has engineered an interface and developed a
software suite which allows Side Looking Airborne
Radar (SLAR) to interface with a continuous tone
printer. The SLAR is used by Atmospheric
Environment Services, Ice Branch, to monitor Ice
Pack movement to aid Arctic shipping.
The interface used DMA data
transfer from the SLAR to link in real time with
re-scaling/sampling software running under
WIndows NT.
This project was carried
out under subcontract to the ADGA Group.
